Day of Coordinating includes:

• Building a timeline.  

•Asking experienced questions for vendors.

•Unlimited Communication.  

•  Rehearsal.

• Set up of all decor / Centerpieces.

•Greeting / Directing vendors.

•  Gathering of everyone for photos.        •Keeping wedding party on track for time. •Stocking/ Re-Stocking all water, snack & dessert stations throughout evening. •Coordinating with DJ on any delays and order of events.  

• Cake cutting.

• Point of contact for any issues.

• Help with clean up.

Day of coordinating also can come with “Content Creation” where I capture all the raw footage from the entire day for you to look back on while waiting on professional footage to come back.
